Did you know that catnip isn’t just for cats?  You can also drink it as a tea being in the mint family.  It has a calming effect on humans, which is funny as it has the opposite in cats.

If you are gifting this to your cat, place some in a cat toy or piece of tied up material so they can play with it.  They just love the smell.
